This product features the active ingredient S-Adenosyl Methionine (SAMe), which is naturally-occurring within the body and supports the formation, activation and breakdown of various chemicals. Commonly taken as a supplement, SAMe may provide a treatment for depression and osteoarthritis and is also used for other conditions. Only administer this medication for the condition approved by your doctor.

HOW TO USE

How much to take:
Please take this medication as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Refer to the directions on the product label if required. SAMe has a wide dose range, and you may require several dose changes to find what dose works best for you.

How to take it:
Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water. Best taken on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal.
